Sun Iris Realty was envisioned as more than just a luxury real estate agency- it was built to become an ecosystem that caters to discerning luxury consumers in India. The branding needed to be aspirational, refined, and distinct from the transactional image typically associated with real estate firms. Drawing inspiration from the name itself, the identity aimed to evoke warmth, possibility, and a sense of elegant discovery- a gateway to a curated lifestyle.
As a new venture in a saturated market, Sun Iris needed a branding that stands out and makes it memorable. The challenge was to build a premium, memorable brand from the ground up- one that would resonate with high-end clientele while positioning the company as a visionary in the Indian real estate landscape. Unlike most agencies functioning as transactional partners, Sun Iris wanted to be seen as a lifestyle curator, offering a full-circle experience for the luxury buyer.
We crafted a brand identity that balances symbolism, sophistication, and originality. The logo- shaped like a keyhole- features motifs of the iris flower and radiating sunrays, tying the brand name to its core offering of access and illumination. A distinct colour palette of pastel orange, yellow, and lilac breaks away from traditional real estate hues, lending freshness and luxury appeal.
The typography system pairs a bold serif primary typeface- adding stature and memorability- with a clean, approachable secondary font for versatile daily communication.
